This week, the Center for Responsible Business & Leadership hosts SDG Week, a five-day event to promote knowledge and engagement around the Sustainable Development Goals and their strategic importance for the corporate sector.
The event features influential decision-makers and advisors of the Sustainable Development Agenda, with the special participation of speakers from the United Nations, the PRME - Principles for Responsible Management Education initiative, the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, and the London Business School.
Under the motto What Drives You? the SDG Week wants to enable connections between participants, and inspire action that leads to changes.
The event unfolds through six different sessions.

- An open ceremony that gathers internationally renowned guests to introduce the importance of the Sustainable Development Agenda from the perspective of different sectors.
- The screening of the documentary The Decade of Action, focused on the role of companies throughout the next decade to actively contribute to solving society's most pressing issues and the opportunity to discuss with its creators.
- Workshop sessions to introduce students to the Sustainable Development Goals within three clusters: Biosphere, Society, and Economy and enable participants to discuss the strategic relevance of the SDGs to the corporate sector.
- The panel of guests includes Ageas, Águas do Tejo Atlântico, BP, Delta Cafés, Deloitte, Efacec, Jerónimo Martins, McKinsey, and Microsoft.
- A challenge for students to design business models solutions for the world's challenges, with the chance of winning special prizes!
The SDG Week starts this Tuesday, the 21st, at 2 PM, with the open ceremony.
