Financial Times ranks Católica's Master's in Management as the 30th best in the world

These indicators consolidate the position of CATÓLICA-LISBON School of Business and Economics in the global TOP 30.

In the 2025 edition of the Financial Times Global Ranking, which evaluates the 100 best master's degrees in management, the CATÓLICA-LISBON School of Business and Economics ranks 30th worldwide. For 15 years, the school has maintained a consistent presence among the best in the world.

“The Master's in Management at CATÓLICA-LISBON School of Business and Economics is the 30th best in the world according to the 2025 edition of the Financial Times Global Ranking, which annually evaluates the 100 best master's degrees in management worldwide,” the university said in a statement.

Among the factors that support this distinction are the 95% employability rate within three months of completing the master's degree; the strong international diversity of students and teachers; gender parity; and the high salaries of graduates, which exceed $100,000 three years after the course.

The employability rate is 95% within three months of completing the master's degree. Also noteworthy is the high proportion of international faculty (41%) and students (92%), as well as gender parity among students and faculty.

Also noteworthy is the high salary level of graduates, above $100,000 three years after completing their master's degree, which represents a 40% increase over their starting salary when entering the job market, a result of the excellence of the graduates of the Master's in Management at CATÓLICA-LISBON.

The fact that the Financial Times considers CATÓLICA-LISBON's Master's in Management to be the 30th best in the world “reflects the success of this program as a launching pad for the extraordinary international careers of its graduates,” the university points out.
