CATÓLICA-LISBON presents the FAE Case Study Awards Ceremony

On January 16th, Tuesday, the FAE Case Study Awards Ceremony will be held at CATÓLICA-LISBON starting at 5:30 pm. The event, conducted in Portuguese, is open to the entire community and will take place in auditorium 511, on the 1st floor.

Among the finalists are two students from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, Carolina Estronca, under the supervision of Professor Nuno Moreira da Cruz, with BP: Responsible Leadership at the Core of an Oil Company, and Maria Bação Simões, under the supervision of Professor Nuno Guedes, with 14 Graus: Fighting for the survival of its online marketplace.  

At 5:30 pm, the Dean of CATÓLICA-LISBON, Filipe Santos, will deliver the opening session, followed by the President of FAE, Paulo Carmona.

Professor Filipe Santos will also present the keynote – “Os Desafios da Sustentabilidade nas Empresas e o papel das Escolas de Negócios”.

Afterwards, the finalists will present their case studies and the winners of the FAE Case Study Award will be announced.

Around 7 pm, to close the session and celebrate the recognition of academic excellence, there will be a Farewell Drink.

The FAE Case Study Awards, founded in 2014, annually recognizes the works that stand out as the best management cases, at various levels, of Portuguese and foreign companies present in Portugal. The three best works are recognized with cash prizes of €5,000, for the winner, and €2,000 for second and third place.
