Project Management in the Age of Complexity

Increasingly, the success of companies and organizations depends on their ability to implement their projects effectively and efficiently. Mastering the techniques and tools of Project Management is essential to ensure the effective supervision of processes and results, in a context where the complexity of projects is increasing and the tools are becoming more sophisticated. In addition to the traditional objectives of deadlines, costs and quality, there are also imperatives of transparency and sustainability. In turn, project management tools have had to respond to the increase in risks, the shortening of cycles and the generalization of new artificial intelligence technologies.

PAGAP - Advanced Program in Project Management and Evaluation provides an integrated and comprehensive view of Project Management, in which the most recent iterative methods are presented alongside the more classic models, providing a space for exchanging experiences and debate. This without neglecting to reinforce essential skills for project managers in the field of financial management and people management.
