The Advanced Management Program is a joint venture between CATÓLICA-LISBON (Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics), Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Designed for senior executives, this program offers a unique opportunity to benefit from the combined expertise of two institutions deeply committed to excellence in Executive Education, while providing exposure to socio-economic environments, business values, and economic perspectives from both sides of the Atlantic.
CATÓLICA-LISBON is consistently ranked among the 25 best Executive Education Schools in Europe for Open Programs and proudly holds the #1 position in Portugal in Open Programs for Teaching Methods & Materials and Aims Achieved, reflecting the quality and impact of the learning experience it delivers. The Kellogg School of Management is one of the most prestigious business schools in North America, with an outstanding track record in executive programs. Together, the two schools have designed an elite program targeted at top-level executives, combining sessions in Lisbon and Chicago to deliver a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the art and science of management, with a strong emphasis on the critical challenges faced by leaders at the highest levels of their organizations.
The previous fourteen editions of the program were highly valued by participants, who highlighted the combination of exposure to new ideas and challenges, teaching excellence, and high-quality discussion within an environment that fosters interaction and collaboration. The fifteenth edition of the Advanced Management Program will take place in 2026, with sessions scheduled for 4–8 May in Lisbon and 24–29 May in Chicago. Participants are senior leaders, including board-level executives, and are expected to contribute actively to classroom debates, enriching discussions through the sharing of their experiences, approaches, and strategic perspectives.
