Study Plan Meeting

If you need to review your study plan in order to be certain that they you are completing all of your study plan requirements, you can book an appointment with us to do so.

These meetings don't apply for Double Degree (DD) students. If you are a DD student please book your meeting HERE

Dissertation Deadlines
  • Students who are planning to defend their Dissertation in October had to complete their study plan by August 28.​
     
  • Further, the 2nd Submission Deadline is on September 13 until 4.00 pm.
     
  • The deadline to settle your Treasury situation is until September 18.

The Dissertation Defense Period will be from October 7 to October 14, 2019.

Course Changing Period

On Monday, 14th October, students will be able to make changes to their enrollments for the 2nd trimester.

You will be allowed to make 2 CHANGES for courses or technical modules

NOTE TO 2ND YEAR STUDENTS:

  • If there is a course that is mandatory for your study plan, or if you need to add courses to reach the required number of ECTS, please write this information in the box for comments (last question of the form), and indicate which courses suit your needs.
  • It is not possible to change seminars during the course changing period.
