We aim to to advance the knowledge and practice of social innovation, empowering entrepreneurs, policy-makers and corporate innovators and nurturing a vibrant ecosystem that makes social innovation a powerful tool for inclusive prosperity.
To achieve this mission, we intend to leverage the knowledge, expertise, and resourcefulness of CATÓLICA-LISBON and its faculty, and combine them with the experience, influence, and network of Yunus Centers and other initiatives led by Muhammad Yunus around the world.

Being a part of the Yunus Center network, we have access to an extensive pool of knowledge and successful social business models developed through the multitude ofinitiatives led by one of the most inspiring and pioneering Social Entrepreneurs in the World, Prof. Muhammad Yunus.
Prof. Yunus was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for his exceptional work in creating economic and social development from the grassroots level through theGrameen Bank initiative, fostering a 3 zero world (zero exclusion, zero carbon, zero poverty).
