Since 2001, involved professionally in winemaking and winery management.
Raised in a farming family, the passion about this occupation soon was established.
Graduation studies in Biotechnology at University of Algarve and further more Post Grad studies on Enology at UC Davis, put me on the road of winemaking with method and science.
The experience on the business and the ever present resource management necessity, progressively unraveled the art of the trade. I will try to share with you some experiences and thoughts gathered along these years.
