Doutorado em Gestão (UCLA, U. of California at Los Angeles), MBA (UNL), licenciado em Gestão pela CATÓLICA-LISBON, onde é Professor Associado, leciona as disciplinas de Marketing e Strategic Marketing no Lisbon MBA, do qual é presentemente o Diretor Académico, e foi Diretor da CATÓLICA-LISBON (1996-2001). É Administrador Não Executivo da Eurocash (Polónia). Foi Assessor Económico do ex-Presidente da República, Cavaco Silva.
