On this page you will be able to book a study plan meeting and submit specific forms used in many of our processes.

Individual Meetings

Expand All Collapse all

A great way to clarify any questions you have about your program is to meet us at a virtual individual meeting session. These events are held regularly throughout the year and give you the opportunity to learn more about your program structure and requirements. Members of our Master Affairs team will be available to provide you with all the information you need on the enrolment process, deadlines, fees and scholarships.

Please book an individual session with us, Master Student Affairs, using our Doodle below (meetings are for one student only):

FULL-TIME MASTER STUDENTS DOODLE

Since Double Degree students have very specific and detailed study plans, the Master Student Affairs meetings are not destined for Double Degree students.

So if you are a DD student and need help with your study plan, please use the Doodle below:

DOUBLE DEGREE MASTER STUDENTS DOODLE

Please note that the meeting is automatically scheduled, and no confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Additionally, meetings are for one student only.

If you can't be present at the meeting, to cancel or to inform you want to talk to us on the telephone or skype, please send an e-mail to doubledegree.clsbe@ucp.pt

We strongly encourage you to participate in the hybrid teaching model. Nevertheless, if for personal or family reasons you are unable to do so, the School is committed to finding alternative remedial solutions in exceptional circumstances. If there is a travel ban from the country where you are, if you or a family member are at risk from coronavirus, you may submit a “request for exemption from physical presence at School” attaching all necessary documentation (travel itinerary, boarding passes, medical declarations, etc.).

Request: Exemption from On-Campus Classes

* Every request will be analysed on a case-by-case scenario.

Absence justifications will only be accepted if you provide EVIDENCE OF ABSENCE. The Absence Form should be submitted within two days after the date of the class. If necessary, the substantiation documents can be provided later, but always within five working days after the date of the class. At the end of this time period, the absence justification will be automatically declared invalid.

UPDATE - COVID-19
(17 March 2020)

In these exceptional moments, in addition to the regular acceptable justifications for absences, we are including the following:

- if a student is travelling during the exam time back home;
- if a student or a next of kin is hospitalized.

Other reasons (e.g., time difference or jetlag) will not be considered as justified absences. As usual, the students should follow the “request for justified absence” procedure. Students need to submit the Absence form, attaching all necessary documentation (travel itinerary, boarding passes, hospital declaration, etc).

When validated, the new exam date will be scheduled by Student Affairs and exams will be made available remotely.
