Ethics and Social Responsibility

The aim of this course is to provide a series of conceptual and managerial tools for understanding and addressing the main ethical challenges faced by managers, entrepreneurs and professionals in a business environment. It will also provide tools to manage organizations in a more socially responsible way and, in this way, develop a distinctive value proposition and eventually gain competitive advantage. The course combines lectures and case studies that apply theoretical frameworks in practical contexts.
