Tatiana Marques has a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior and Human Resources) and a Master in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL. She is a researcher at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics since 2013, where she also teaches and supervises dissertations in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior areas. Her research interests include managing age diversity in organizations, with a particular focus on workforce aging, work motivation and perceptions of (in)justice in the workplace, and its consequences for workers and organizations. Tatiana has worked in HR departments in the transportation, legal and technology sectors. Currently she is the People Science Lead at Unit4.
