He also served as a Director of Alliance Healthcare, SA and Executive Director of José de Mello Saúde SA, having previously served as CEO and Director of major private and public hospitals in Portugal.
Most recently, he served as Executive Director of the National Association of Pharmacies and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Montepio Nacional das Farmácias.
He holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Porto and has completed postgraduate studies in Management, Leadership, and Strategy at IMD Lausanne and AESE Business School.
