Pedro Raposo is an Associate Professor of Econometrics and Labor Economics at CATÓLICA-LISBON. He earned his PhD in Economics from Tilburg University.

Previously, Pedro taught at ISEGI (UNL), where he completed a Master’s in Statistics, and worked in the financial sector at SIBS after obtaining his undergraduate degree in Economics from ISEG (UTL).

He is a consultant for the National Statistics Institute and collaborates with researchers from the Bank of Portugal on several research projects covering topics ranging from Econometrics to Labor Economics.

His work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Human Resources, Labour Economics, and Economics Letters.

He is the current Academic Director of the PhD in Economics, which offers 3 scholarships for the best students.
