Pedro Miguel Raposo
Degree in Economics and Post Graduation in European Studies by Catholic University. Degree in HR Development Policies by ISCTE. Attended several HR trainings at INSEAD, UCLA, IMD, KELLOG e Harvard, among others. He is a member of the Strategic Council for Executive Training at CATÓLICA-LISBON. Currently he is HR Director at Bank of Portugal. He started as a trainee at Jerónimo Martins and became a commercial at Pingo Doce. He was then invited to work at Pingo Doce’s HR department and then to lead Recheio’s HR Department, at Oporto. In 2000, joins Banco Espírito Santo where he is responsible by the management of its boards and two years later becomes HR Coordinator Director. He is a member of the negotiating group of Portuguese Bank Association and a member of the Editorial Board of HR Magazine.
