Passionate about team development and the business world, Oliver Pérez is a professional with over 24 years of experience in demanding and multicultural organizational contexts. With a degree in Management and an MBA in Marketing and Commercial Management, he built much of his career at Danone, where he held leadership positions for 17 years, including 10 years as Marketing Director in Spain and Portugal.
As a result of his vast experience and growing interest in human and organizational development, Oliver has been dedicated since 2018 to behavioral work with teams and leaders, focusing on leadership, organizational culture, and high-performance team management. He works as a consultant, trainer, and professional coach (PCC, certified by the International Coaching Federation), integrating these dimensions into his work with organizations seeking to develop leadership, culture, and teamwork.
He is also a member of the teaching community at the Portuguese Catholic University, where he lectures in areas related to team development, leadership, and emotional intelligence, and is also a supervisor of master's theses in the area of leadership. His approach combines strategic thinking, human sensitivity, and practical tools to help individuals and teams grow with clarity, purpose, and impact.
