Maria Francisca Saldanha has a PhD in Management from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. Her two main lines of research focus on understanding the aftermath of difficult situations at work (with a particular focus on how recovery processes and positive outcomes can be promoted in the wake of negative experiences) and on promoting organizational effectiveness (with a particular focus on how leadership- and team-related phenomena influence a variety of effectiveness criteria).
