Invited lecturer at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics (CLSBE), Foundations of Management and International Business. Founder and Executive Director of Católica International Business Platform and Board Advisor for the corporate development of Portuguese companies. Throughout her professional experience, she was Strategy & Development Director at Jerónimo Martins Group, reporting to the Board. Between 2004 and 2014, she was also Deputy Corporate Secretary, Client Ombudswoman, representative at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and at COTEC. Previously, she was Senior Director of several business units, with responsibilities in Sourcing, Category Management and Private Label, and was involved in top management task forces to conduct the Group’s structural reorganization and digital transformation. She started her career at Procter & Gamble, in the Marketing department, joining the team that launched the subsidiary in Portugal, in 1990. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Administration at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, and invested in Lifelong Learning - P&G Academy (1990-1995), Food Program at Cornell University (1998), Advanced Management Program at Nova/Insead (1999), Balanced Scorecard at Norton & Kaplan Institute (2004), Value Based Management at Nova SBE (2005), Driving Strategic Innovation at IMD/MIT (2007), Corporate Governance & ESG at Católica-Lisbon (2023), among other certifications.
