Luís Gradíssimo has been dedicated to the world of wine for over a decade, having pursued training in Management (MBA and Wine Business Management), Wine (WSET), Gastronomy (Le Cordon Bleu), and Enogastronomy (HEG/DUGGAT). He is the creator and head of the Enóphilo brand, which specializes in events, training, and consulting in the wine sector. His main initiatives include the Enóphilo Wine Fest (held in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, and Braga) and the international sparkling wine competition Brut Experience, among others. He is a certified trainer and the author of the blog Avinhar as well as the books Enogastronomy (2020) and Brut – Sparkling Wine at the Table (2021).
