Holds an undergraduate degree from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1985) and a masters degree in Legal and Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1990). Has lectured in several areas of Public Law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Lecturer of History of Political Ideas and Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law in 2002/2004. Lecturer of Administrative Organization in 2003/2004. Luís Fábrica regularly collaborates in postgraduate courses at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica de Lisboa and the National Institute of Administration. Concluded his PhD dissertation about administrative litigation. Luís Fábrica was Legal Adviser to the Prime Minister, Prof. Doctor Cavaco Silva and has a diverse activity in the area of consulting.
