Liliana Dinis is a family business researcher at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Her research primarily focuses on family business dynamics, exploring the founder’s long-lasting imprints across generations, the interplay between the founder's influence and innovation, emotional dimensions in organizational behaviour, and the strategic use of historical narratives in family enterprises.
Liliana received her PhD in Organizations Studies from Nova School of Business and Economics, where she was awarded distinction and honour for her exceptional work.under the supervision of Pedro Neves, her doctoral research contributed significantly to understanding family business operations and strategy.
Further, Liliana has been thrice honoured for the best paper at international research conferences. Before her doctoral pursuits, Liliana earned an M.Sc. in Applied Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
