Lammert worked the last 20 years in both profit and not-for-profit organizations as consultant, trainer/coach and in top management. Currently he is team leader for Maxilliant, business professor and CEO of interAnalytics (a start-up). Lammert holds a PhD in business administration from the University of Groningen. He is an ENTP on the Myers Briggs personality inventory and his Strenghtsfinder themes are: futurist, ideation, strategic, relator, and activator.
