Master in Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University (Connecticut, USA) and B.S in Applied Psychology from La Salle University (Philadelfia, USA). Joana worked most of her career as HR Business partner and Development Manager and HR Director in different multinational companies across sectors, such as FMCG and Technology. She is currently Manager for Custom Executive Programs leading a team who designs and sales customized programs according to each clients´needs.
Mother of two, Manel and Zé Maria, she enjoys playing tennis, side sea walking and being around friends and family. Some of her friends come from Lycée Français Charles Lepierre which she went to since kindergarden to sophomore year in high school. She is passionate about people and organizational development, and she sees her current function as contributing to the development of those organizations that reach to Católica-Lisbon and to their employees´ happiness.
