With over 20 years of experience working with dozens of organizations, she works internationally in coaching and executive training, spending most of her time supporting Management Teams and their members. At CATÓLICA-LISBON, she is a guest lecturer in the Leadership area, specializing in inclusive team development, feedback dialogues, and emotional intelligence - in Executive Programs and The Lisbon MBA; for 6 years she also coordinated the leadership skills program for Management Masters. Previously, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co for 8 years, where she became a Specialist in the Global Practice of Organizational Development and Leadership; she remains an external facilitator and coach in leadership programs. MBA (INSEAD), Bachelor's degree in Management (CATÓLICA-LISBON), and Executive and Team Coaching Training, and Voice Dialogue (certified by the International Coaching Federation - ICF).
