She has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management, having held senior leadership positions as HR Director and Chief People Officer at major companies, including Santander and Semapa. For more than 20 years, she has taught Leadership and Talent Management in executive education programs.
She also has extensive experience in executive mentoring.
She currently serves as a Senior Advisor to several companies, is a member of the Remuneration Committee at CTT, President of Associação dNOVO, and a lecturer in Executive Education at Católica-Lisbon SBE.
