Filipe Morais is a professor in governance and reputation at Henley Business School (UK), and a visiting professor at INSEAD-Paris Advanced Board program with the Scandinavian Executive Institute (SEI). Filipe is the program director of Henley’s MSc in Management for Future Leaders. He is also an Independent Partner at AMROP Lisbon office, and a Core Member of the European Board Services Practice (London). He is the author of books, chapter, articles, reports and case studies on corporate governance and ESG. He was invited to sit on the judging panel of the 2023 ESG Investing Awards in the UK. Filipe is on the Editorial Board of California Management Review and the advisory board of the Governance magazine and on the board of a financial services firm in South Africa. He is a proud member of the Governance Lab. Filipe is married and has two children.
