Duarte Silva holds a bachelor’s degree in Social and Cultural Communication from Catholic University and attended the postgraduate course in Corporate Governance (University of Lisbon – Faculty of Law), as well as various executive programs at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (Negotiation; Luxury Management).
He has over 10 years of professional experience, 8 of which have been dedicated to working with executives and leaders in areas such as Executive Search, careers, coaching, and executive/leadership development. Previously, he held roles in marketing and communication, strategy, talent, and organizational development. At CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education, he designs and manages customized executive and leadership development solutions for organizations across various sectors and geographies.
Duarte works internationally as an executive coach, holding certified training (ICF/EMCC).
He writes frequently for several media outlets on leadership, organizational dynamics, and contemporary social and cultural issues.
