Ana Paula Giordano has a PhD in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from ISCTE- Lisbon University Institute. She also holds a Master’s in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology from Coimbra University and Barcelona University. She has been a full-time researcher in Organizational Behavior at CATÓLICA-LISBON research unit (CUBE) since 2012. Ana Paula teaches courses at the undergraduate and Master’s program, mainly on team work and interpersonal processes. Her research focuses on psychological ownership, team work and team virtuality. Currently, she is also a researcher and project manager at the Behavioral Insights Unit at CATÓLICA-LISBON. Ana Paula has previously worked as Human Resource management consultant and as a soft skills trainer.
