Amélia Rita Monteiro holds a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) from Nova School of Business and Economics. She is a Researcher and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, where she also serves as Director of Research of the Center on Longevity Leadership. Certified by the Life Design Studio at Stanford University and a Longevity Catalyst at the Stanford Center on Longevity, her work focuses on longevity, intergenerational relationships, career development, and the transformation of work in the context of longer life expectancies.
