Developed her career in multinationals in Portugal and abroad, in management positions in different Business Units; Sales; and Marketing and Communication. She has consolidated experience in People and Team Development, namely in Outplacement Consulting, Talent Development and Career Management, as well as Training, Recruitment and Selection. Completed the Advanced Certification in Transformative Coaching in the United States. She is currently Executive Director of Strategic Development and External Relations at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, with senior responsibility in the areas of strategic development, external relations and fundraising, namely the coordination of the Careers & Talent Office and the development of the School’s new strategic projects.
