With a career developed in multinational companies, in Portugal and abroad, in Management positions for different Business Units, Commercial Area, and Marketing & Communication, Alexandra has consolidated experience in People and Teams Development, namely in Outplacement Consulting, Talent Development and Career Management, Training, Recruitment & Selection, as well as Business Consulting.

She obtained an Advanced Certification in Transformative Coaching in the United States.

Her experience provided her with in depth knowledge of different business sectors / markets (through the diversity of managed corporate and private clients and the different geographical experiences) as well as various types of businesses, acquired along 23 years in the banking industry.
She is an entrepreneur with a track record of launching small businesses in different areas of interest and an own coaching and consultancy firm that has helped others to thrive.

She is recognized by her strong drive in the pursuit of business goals and profitability, agile processes and efficient use of resources, always taking advantage of the greater potential of each person when building and guiding teams.

She is passionate by social causes in general, by women empowerment in particular and obsessed by the practical impact of everything she does.
