Despite being a topic that is increasingly present this day and age and, as such, attracts a lot of attention, the regulation of entrepreneurship in Portugal, and in particular the regulation of Startups, is still not well known or discussed. This workshop aims to stimulate Participants’ minds and give them new knowledge regarding the ecosystem and applicable regime in Portugal, allowing them to think about this topic with a free and critical spirit and to finally work in this setting.

After this workshop, each Participant will:

1. Know the legal framework of entrepreneurship in Portugal, especially regarding Startups.
2. Know the formalities connected to the constitution and lifecycle of a Startup.
3. Understand the support programs designed for Startups in Portugal.
4. Be able to assess which formalities to observe, as well as the existing context for the operation of a Startup in Portugal.
