Graduated from New Media Technology College Dublin in “Interactive Television & New Media”, graduated in Marketing and Advertising from ESCS and holds a Master in Management & Leadership from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Ricardo is a professor at several postgraduate courses and Executive Masters in the digital area.

Pedro Janela

Pedro Janela

Executive President, founder, and owner of WYgroup, a holding company focused on marketing and digital experience. Created from scratch in 2002, WYgroup has grown to become the largest independent marketing and technology group in Portugal, integrating eight companies and more than 450 professionals, with annual revenues exceeding €28 million. He is also a guest lecturer at CATÓLICA-LISBON, where he teaches Technology, Strategy, and Innovation in executive programs, and an MBA professor at HEG-FR in Fribourg, Switzerland.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering and Robotics from IST, he has completed several executive programs, including Competitive Marketing Strategies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, PAEGI at Católica-Lisbon, the Advanced Management Program offered jointly by the Kellogg School of Management and CATÓLICA-LISBON, and the Strategic Leadership Program at Columbia Business School. He is also a member of the Entrepreneur's Organization Portugal.

Camila Silva

Master's degree in Audiovisual Communication and Multimedia from the Lisbon School of Media Studies and postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from IPAM. Her academic background includes studies in Strategic Leadership and Digital Marketing at the Nova School of Business and Economics.

She currently holds the position of Head of Content at FUEL Lisboa, an agency where she also worked as a Strategic Planner. Her professional career has also been marked by stints at Mindshare Lisboa and Lidl Portugal, with a focus on strategy and digital marketing.

She is Country Manager at Incubeta Portugal and a senior executive with over 20 years of international experience in Digital Marketing, Media, Data, and Technology. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions at organizations such as Google, GroupM, OLX Group, and Incubeta, leading projects in digital transformation, data-driven marketing, advanced analytics, and the implementation of solutions based on Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud.

She holds an MBA from IE Business School and has a solid background in management, entrepreneurship, and digital, with a career strongly linked to the intersection of technology, data, marketing, and business growth. Her work combines strategic vision, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and a strong connection to innovation ecosystems, analytics, and digital platforms.

Luís Bettencourt Moniz

Head of Marketing at SAS Portugal. Throughout his professional career, he has held marketing management positions in several companies. He teaches courses in Marketing Intelligence, Digital Marketing, CRM, and Intelligent Data Analysis for Marketing. He holds a master's degree in Information Management, specializing in Marketing Intelligence, from NOVA IMS (Information Management School). His thesis was in the area of Analytical Models for Measuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Postgraduate degree in Information Management from ISEGI (UNL). Degree in Statistics and Information Management from ISEGI (UNL). He has taken several specialization courses in the field of marketing and communication.

He works at the intersection of strategy, innovation, customer experience, and organizational transformation, backed by a solid academic and executive background. He is managing partner at Oom! Strategy & Customer Centricity, where he collaborates with large companies on projects that apply methodologies such as Design Thinking and Design Sprint to accelerate value creation and align organizations with their desired future, in a context marked by disruption. Previously, he developed his professional career in Food Retail, FMCG, and Telecommunications companies. He graduated in Design Thinking from the Darden School of Business and attended executive programs at Columbia University and The Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has a degree in Business Organization and Management from ISCTE. At CATÓLICA-LISBON, he teaches in several executive programs, mainly in the areas of innovation and customer centricity, having designed and directed training experiences that focus on practical application, peer exchange, and the construction of solutions with real impact. He is the director of the Disrupt through Design Sprints and AI program.
