Paulo Romeiro (1976) has been teaching and supervising at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics since 2016. He has designed and delivered multiple editions of the Marketing Communications course for Master’s students, primarily within the MSc in Management, specialization in Strategic Marketing. He has supervised and co-supervised over 125 Master’s theses in Marketing, with a strong focus on consumer behavior and brand strategy, and has designed and facilitated more than 100 workshops within the Career Advancement Lab, reaching approximately 2,000 Master’s students across academic programs.
Paulo holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from ISCTE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. His academic training is complemented by a postgraduate program in Remote Education from Católica Porto Faculty of Education and Psychology and an advanced program in Corporate Governance from the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance.
Prior to his academic activity, Paulo accumulated 20 years of senior leadership experience in multinational organizations, including Procter & Gamble and Samsung, where he held general management, marketing, and commercial leadership-roles, across Europe and Latin America, with full P&L responsibility and exposure to complex, multi-country organizational contexts. He has also served as a non-executive Board member at Electrão and as a mentor to entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures at Start-up Lisboa.
Alongside his academic work, Paulo is an ICF-accredited executive coach (ACC), working with senior leaders and high-potential managers on decision-making, strategic alignment, and leadership development in contexts of transition and growth.
