By Exchange Partner Schools, we mean universities and schools, which have celebrated an exchange agreement with CATÓLICA-LISBON that is still in force at the time of the application.
For admitted candidates of the Early Bird phase, full payment of the program fee can be made after admission (see the “Application & Enrollment Deadlines” section for more details).
For admitted candidates of the Standard phase, full payment of the program fee can be made after admission (see the “Application & Enrollment Deadlines” section for more details).
The payment is made via bank transfer; any bank charges or commissions must be paid by the program participant.
If you are a direct descendant (child/grandchild) of CATÓLICA-LISBON alumni, please contact us at summer.academy.clsbe@ucp.pt
All fees associated to the Summer Academy program are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please note that, in the case of program cancellation, our School cannot be held responsible for any travel, visa and/or accommodation expenses that prospective participants may have paid for before or after program cancellation.
It is participants’ sole responsibility to apply for and obtain their visa (if applicable) in a timely manner. Rejection of visa application or late visa delivery are not eligible for refund.
Due to the very limited amount of slots available, any withdrawal from the program means that a slot is lost and prevents another participant from joining the program.
Please remain aware of the fact that airfare, accommodation and visa costs (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of students. We highly recommend that participants contract a travel insurance for that matter.
