The Digital Product Management online course was jointly developed by CATÓLICA-LISBON, TÉCNICO+, and PRODUCTIZED with the goal of providing a comprehensive understanding of digital product management. The program combines learning and hands-on experience through a proven framework for developing innovative digital products.

This course equips participants with the tools to build the right product at the right time, using a customer-centric approach focused on solving real-world problems and testing new ideas. It merges the digital and technological expertise of each partner institution with the strategic and management capabilities required to drive innovation and ensure the successful development, launch, and management of digital products.

Participants who successfully complete the program, including the final assessment, will be awarded 7 ECTS credits, granted by Técnico+ / Instituto Superior Técnico.

According to Forbes, between 2000 and 2020, approximately 52% of companies on the Fortune 500 list became obsolete, primarily due to their inability to keep up with digital transformation. This highlights the critical need for professionals who are skilled in the development, launch, and management of digital products professionals who can apply this knowledge in their daily work and help their organizations remain competitive in an increasingly digital landscape.

  • Conducting interviews with potential customers to validate whether the product solves the identified problem;
  • Incorporating the findings into a product requirements document.
