Passionate about team development and the business world, Oliver Pérez is a professional with over 23 years of experience in demanding and multicultural organizational contexts. He holds a degree in Management and an MBA in Marketing and Commercial Management, having built much of his career at Danone, where he held leadership roles for 17 years, including 10 years as Marketing Director in Spain and Portugal.

Driven by his extensive experience and a growing interest in human and organizational development, since 2018 Oliver has been dedicated to behavioral work with teams and leaders, focusing on leadership, organizational culture, and high-performance team management. He works as a consultant, trainer, and professional coach (PCC certified by the International Coaching Federation), integrating these dimensions in his work with organizations seeking to develop leadership, culture, and teamwork.

He is also a member of the teaching faculty at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where he teaches in areas related to team development, leadership, and organizational effectiveness, and supervises master’s theses in the field of leadership. His approach combines strategic thinking, human sensitivity, and practical tools to help individuals and teams grow with clarity, purpose, and impact.
