Agile Teams Start with Smart Leadership

Changing contexts, uncertainty, and remote work highlight the limitations of rigid and outdated command-and-control hierarchies.

In this program, we explore collective leadership practices to mobilize talent and empower agile teams aligned with organizational goals.

We refine techniques to structure and encourage teamwork, communication, problem analysis, and idea sharing, aiming to respond to new challenges, manage change, improve solutions, and achieve results.

We practice ways of soliciting and integrating others' ideas, giving voice to different perspectives, and fostering an attitude of curiosity, learning, and resilience.

You will also have the opportunity to reflect on the current and future challenges facing your team, discuss action strategies, and plan the application of techniques that promote agility, collective accountability, and the trust that underpins high-performing teams.

The program also includes:
