A new campus in the making
It's official: the Director of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Isabel Capeloa Gil, has announced that CATÓLICA-LISBON 's new Campus Veritati has received approval from the Lisbon City Council to begin construction. And that's not all. The UCP Director also revealed that Pope Francis, who will be coming to Portugal for World Youth Day, will bless the cornerstone of this new campus on August 3, 2023.
Campus Veritati is a very ambitious project: it is the most ambitious infrastructure development project carried out by a Portuguese university in the last ten years. With it, CATÓLICA-LISBON will triple its current capacity. Located in the heart of Lisbon, the Campus Veritati will be a space for cutting-edge education and innovative technology, and will be a modern, functional and technologically efficient building. These new facilities will allow CATÓLICA-LISBON to expand their horizons and shape their future.

CATÓLICA LISBON has three exchange options: International Exchange; International Tri-School; Double Degree. The International Exchange (Erasmus) allows students to spend one or two semesters studying at one of approximately 100 partner universities. They can also opt for the International Tri-School Exchange and go one semester at a European University and the next semester at a non-European University. There is also the option of a double degree, where students graduate with two certificates, one from each institution.
