It was with deep sadness that we parted, last Friday, with our Professor Manuel Leite Monteiro.
A graduate from Católica (Economics 1981/82 -1984/85), the School he devoted his entire career and academic life to. He left us way too soon and without even giving us time to assimilate
that hypothesis ...
Manel was the best! as his brother summed up at the time of farewell. And we totally agree! Our Faculty has the enormous honor to count him among its members. An exceptional human being from whom we highlight the humanity and delicacy with which he dealt with all who interacted with him, and the unique generosity of his dedication to Católica.
Rest in peace, Manel, in the certainty that you will be very missed...
