The launch of the Center on Longevity Leadership will take place on November 25th at 18:00, in Auditorium 511 (1st floor) at CATÓLICA-LISBON.
The Center on Longevity Leadership is founded with the mission to equip leaders and organizations to thrive in an era of longevity through research, education and societal impact. By 2030, there will be more than 1.4 billion people aged 60+, reshaping economies, labour markets and communities. The Center, led by Professor Céline Abecassis-Moedas, will serve as a pioneering platform in Portugal to address these challenges and opportunities, focusing on three key pillars:
- Talent: Age-inclusive workforce strategies and lifelong leadership development;
- Market: Innovation and insights to leverage the longevity economy;
- Society: Driving societal change and policy impact for healthier, inclusive aging.
