The Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics is organizing the conference “Agentic AI & Digital Governance: Leading Transformation Beyond Compliance,” which will bring together national and international experts to discuss the impact of autonomous Artificial Intelligence on digital transformation and the challenges of European regulation.
The event, scheduled to being at 5:30pm on July 1 at the school’s facilities in Lisbon, will be opened by Filipe Santos, Dean of CATÓLICA-LISBON. The opening session will feature a keynote speech by Rahul Mehendale, co-founder and CEO of Stealth Precision Health, on the topic “Not Just Smarter Tools, Smarter Lives: Entrepreneurial Wisdom for the Agentic Age”.
The conference is divided into two panels. The first addresses the digital transformation driven by AI agents and brings together Maria José Campos (Millennium BCP), Hugo Augusto (SEMAPA Next), and Luís Almeida Fernandes (USAWA Care), moderated by Professor Miguel Godinho de Matos. The second focuses on European digital regulation, with contributions from Luís Barreto Xavier (Abreu Advogados), Miguel Freire (Neural Shift), and Inês Drumond (CMVM), moderated by Professor João Ribeiro da Costa.
By bringing together business leaders, academics, and regulators, CATÓLICA-LISBON aims to position this conference as a benchmark platform for reflecting on the new challenges of the era of autonomous Artificial Intelligence.
