Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics is one of the 30 best schools in the world for executive education and one of the 20 best in Europe, according to the Financial Times Executive Education Global Ranking 2022.
The improvement of 20 positions in customized programs for companies contributes above all to these global results, as CATÓLICA-LISBON occupies this year the 19th position worldwide and 12th at European level and is the leader in Portugal, with special emphasis on the criteria analyzed of Teaching Methods & Materials and New Skills & Learnings.
According to Filipe Santos, Dean of CATÓLICA-LISBON, “the improvement of 23 places in the CATÓLICA-LISBON world ranking, ascending to the TOP 30 worldwide in executive training, is an excellent result that results from our strong commitment to the talent of our teachers and pedagogical innovation. Our Executive Education team is to be congratulated on these results, which make us responsible for increasingly serving the training needs of future professionals, accelerating their careers and creating value for their companies”.
For Céline Abecassis-Moedas, Director for Executive Education, “it is with great pride that we see CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education ranked as the Portuguese school preferred by companies, to whom we are very grateful for this recognition. It is thanks to the strong connection with our customers that we are able to anticipate their needs and expectations for the future. Companies highly value the personalized experience they have with us and, particularly, the innovative teaching methodologies, which have an impact on the future of their professionals”. Céline Abecassis-Moedas also emphasizes that the “future Executive Education will be even more aligned with customer needs and market trends and demands in innovative and increasingly digital formats”.
It should be noted that this aggregate ranking is constructed through two components: a ranking for open enrollment programs (open rank – position 44 worldwide), and another for customized programs for companies (custom rank – position 19 worldwide).
From a range of 75 schools analysed, the Financial Times Executive Education Ranking considers only the top 50 world schools in both areas and CATÓLICA-LISBON is in the TOP 30 Worldwide.
