The annual dinner of Fixed Income Program alumni from CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education took place yesterday, 24th November, in Grand Hall, at Pousada de Lisboa.
In addition to Fixed Income alumni, the event was attended by the coordinator (Dr. Joaquim Cadete) and teaching staff from program, economic journalists and other guests.
This 3rd edition of the annual dinner of Fixed Income Program alumni was also attended by Dr. José Manuel Durão Barroso, President of the European Commission between 2004 and 2014 and currently professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, who spoke about the "The response of the EU to the financial system crisis". In previous editions, there are similar interventions ensured by the economist and professor at CATÓLICA-LISBON, João Luís César das Neves (2 nd edition) and the professor and expert in international relations, Miguel Monjardino (1st edition).
Intermoney once again, as in previous editions, associate with the CATÓLICA-LISBON, as the event's sponsor. The Director of Intermoney, Dr. Jose António Silva, and its Vice President, Dr. Emanuel Silva, were also present at this dinner.
The dinner of Fixed Income Program alumni is an annual event organized by CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education, in partnership with Intermoney, which aims to promote the reunion and networking between students who have attended the program. According to the program coordinator, Joaquim Cadete, this initiative also emphasizes the "(...) commitment not only to train outstanding professionals, but to ensure that the (...) students continue to follow the major issues of current national / international importance."
