This year, the 2018 Lisbon Accounting Conference organized by Catolica Lisbon and Nova School of Business and Economics took place at Catolica Lisbon on Monday, June 25, 2017 and was again a huge success. The 4th edition of the Lisbon Accounting Conference brought together 34 leading international accounting scholars in an informal setting for a one-day conference of high-quality academic papers.

The main topics of this year’s conference were Disclosures and Soft information, CLO Compensation. The conference counted with researchers from the Boconni University, Boston University, Boston College, IE, IESE Business School, Indiana University, Insead, Iowa State University, London Business School, London School of Economics, New York University, University of Amsterdam, University of Mannheim, University of North Carolina, University of Rochester, University of Zurich, UCLA Anderson School of Management, among others.
