The General Management Program (PGG) PGG is the only Executive Management program in Portugal that adapts to you.
The program has a first generic part (modules of the common core), which discusses fundamental areas of Management, and a second one dedicated to modules of further development in areas such as Marketing and Finances. It also introduces a set of forums of current themes and of big relevance.

Format compatible with the professional activity
The PGG was designed in training model totally compatible with a professional activity in full time, involving in-person sessions, every two weeks, at Saturdays, and the use of an online platform. The program can be started on one of several available intakes/dates between January and June.
A modular and flexible program
Each one of the participants shall attend 8 modules and 2 forums, always using a facilitator methodology of time managing and online learning.

A Flexible Learning Experience
With a modular format designed to fit busy professional schedules, the PGG enables participants to learn without disrupting their commitments. In-person sessions are held biweekly on Saturdays, complemented by an online platform that facilitates the learning journey.
Participants can start the program at different points throughout the year and complete it within a maximum of two years, selecting the modules and forums that best match their career objectives.

Participants can choose between a General Management track or specialize in Marketing or Finance.
- General Management Track: 8 Modules + 2 Forums
- Specialized Track: 4 Core Modules + 4 Specialization Modules (Marketing or Finance) + 2 Forums

This fee includes:

The full amount can be paid upfront at the beginning of the course or, for individual participants, in monthly instalments (at no additional cost).
Additional modules are charged separately at €650 each, while extra forums are free of charge.
Universidade Católica Portuguesa is exempt from VAT.

Certification:
Postgraduate Diploma
Awarded to participants with an academic degree who complete assessments and maintain at least 80% attendance.
Executive Education Diploma
Awarded to participants without an academic degree but with relevant experience, who complete assessments and maintain at least 80% attendance.
Certificate of Attendance
Awarded to participants, with or without an academic degree, who do not complete assessments but maintain at least 80% attendance.
