The Postgraduate Program in Management and Leadership is designed for graduates from different scientific fields who wish to consolidate and deepen their management skills, while strengthening their leadership abilities in demanding and constantly changing organizational contexts.

Lasting one academic year and with a total workload of 164 hours and 27 ECTS, the program offers integrated training that combines the main fundamentals of management: Strategy, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Negotiation. It has a strong behavioral and leadership development component, through courses such as Organizational Behavior, Responsible Leadership, Team Leadership, and Leading Change Processes.

The curriculum structure ensures a cross-cutting approach applied to the business world, culminating in an Executive Field Experience that promotes the articulation between academic knowledge and organizational practice. This integration allows participants to develop analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills essential for taking on increased responsibilities and leading teams with impact.
