The main goal of the executive master’s degree in innovation and digital transformation is to provide their participants with a deeper knowledge and the most valued skills in the innovation and digital transformation field.
The programme has adopted a wide and applied perspective, focused on the creation of disruptive value, on the integration of innovation and digital transformation in the company’s strategical decisions, on the changing processes, projects and companies’ management and entrepreneurship.
The executive master’s degree in innovation and digital transformation, in part-time, after work hours, or in a balanced calendar, takes advantage from the professional experience of their students and aims to boost their careers providing them with a more advanced and integrative training, focusing on the conceptual accuracy and on the application of practical cases.
At the end of the program, in addition to specific skills for value creation, students will be equipped with the following skills to apply with individuals, teams and organizations:
- Developing business strategies focused on the use of ICT.
- Taking advantage of technologies to create and capture value.
- Understanding and knowing how to apply the methodologies for innovation in business and companies.
- Preparing, presenting and discussing a business plan.
- Undertaking the digital transformation of business.
- Managing projects in a context of accelerated change.
- Taking advantage of digital ecosystems of innovation.
The executive master’s degree in innovation and digital transformation is aimed at professionals from different fields, with at least 5 years of professional experience, with heterogeneous academic background (degree level), and strong English skills. It is aimed at people who would want to complement their academic or professional’s path, or boost their career, with a solid training in Innovation and Digital Transformation.
