The current situation of pandemic forced the public and private organizations to transit for digital form, in order to be able to answer all the demands of thousands of people and entities which had successive confinements. A lot of companies are aware that if they don’t adapt right now to this new concept, they most likely won’t survive.
It is essential to understand that the digital initiative of organizations have a major social and economic impact, both in efficiency and client’s experience. Thus, there are big opportunities to build new services and products with increased value that promote a more sustainable, accessible and responsive economy. Digital Transformation is effectively in organizations’ agenda, so it is crucial to review and/or prepare the roadmaps for the digital transition.
In leadership and management of Digital Transformation projects it is important to review the governance, by creating more agile models, create and train motivated teams in concrete initiatives, managed by someone who has experience in understanding the consumer, the problems and the demands. There are new required skills such as Design Thinking, Service Design or Agile, which are indispensable for a well-succeed Digital Transformation of their organization. There are methodologies and frameworks which help reviewing the business model, from the digital to the creation of new value proposals for clients and income sources. This knowledge base will be explored and maximized in this executive program, to be able to start or speed up the digital path of your company.
Digital Transformation is a path, not an action or a specific project. To take this path it is essential to endow the responsible for practical skills in the new areas of knowledge of the digital world, such as Digital Strategy, Design Thinking,
Service Design, Agile and Changing Management. These types of methodologies, by its nature, implies immersion in the problem and living the experience of run to learn. Only this way and with this much engagement, it is possible to lead Digital Transformation projects.
Digital Transformation program was structured based on a strong practical component and enforceability in organizations’ context, which aim to carry out initiatives of concrete digital transformation. The experience to solve concrete cases, usually from the own participant’s organizations, is an essential backbone for the preparation to do the Digital Transformation, allowing to discover new ways of working (through Design Thinking and Agile) and the best road to tighten relationships and know success case from other companies.
