He develops his work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, customer experience, and organizational transformation — supported by a strong academic and executive background. He is the managing partner at Oon! Strategy & Customer Centricity, where he collaborates with large companies on projects that apply methodologies such as Design Thinking and Design Sprint to accelerate value creation and align organizations with their desired future in a context shaped by disruption. Previously, he built his professional career in the Food Retail, FMCG, and Telecommunications industries. He studied Design Thinking at the Darden School of Business and attended executive programs at Columbia University and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He holds a degree in Business Organization and Management from ISCTE. At CATÓLICA-LISBON, he teaches in several executive programs, particularly in the areas of innovation and customer centricity, having designed and led learning experiences focused on practical application, peer exchange, and the development of solutions with real impact. He is the Program Director of Disrupt through Design Sprints and AI.
